It's OVER~

Spring Break is coming to an end.....I had so much fun with my toddlers and will be sad to send them off to daycare today. They are at such FUN ages right now!

Vaca

My sister and I decided to take a little trip with our kids this year since all of our spring breaks magically matched up for once.
We chose to visit our cousin and her family in Alabama.
We were lucky to find great prices on our airfare and the perfect place to take the kids so that everyone would have fun!
Here's a SHORT recap of our trip!

We stayed in MKE Sunday night so that we could catch a very early flight out.

I had SO MUCH FUN with my two favorite toddlers.
I got to PLAY with them nonstop since I didn't have to do any work, any cooking, any cleaning or any decision making!

And they were GREAT SLEEPERS
so I came back WELL RESTED and refreshed!

Taking Flight

Another Southwest Success!
We flew from MKE to Baltimore and then to Birmingham
They boys were just as happy as could be to fly again.
We even got lucky with seats. Linc got his own, but we didn't have to pay for it!!!

Playland!

We stopped at a McDonald's right outside of the airport when we arrived.
They both ate a REALLY GOOD lunch so they could play on this FUN land!

And we had to change out of our long pants.....it's TOO HOT in Alabama for these long pants...BRING ON THE SHORTS!!!

Our kind of days~

We were so lucky to stay with my cousin and her family.
They enjoy the same kind of routines we are used to.
Lots of outdoor time to keep us happy and content.
They also had such a variety of equipment to keep us occupied!
I am positive I will be the coolest 3rd grade teacher on the playground now that I can skip rope with a little ball attached to my ankle!

Scooter Lessons

The Montgomery Zoo

We had a BEAUTIFUL day for our trip to the zoo.
The kids were SO helpful with the toddlers!

Soccer

Jack and Kai both had soccer practice on Tuesday.
Jack and his friend gave Max and Nash some tips!

They were SO happy to wear their Packer Jerseys

and every quarterback needs a great wide receiver!

Sand

We had a lot of time to play in the sand at the Soccer practice
What a great idea to have a playground for the non soccer players.

They have the sweetest dogs!
This is Liberty....and she was so sweet.
The boys LOVED her and I constantly heard "Lilly" the minute Linc saw her.
Nash and Max were so happy to see her too.

and here's Packer or "cacker" as Linc calls her.
Packer is very old and doesn't hear very well anymore so we had to be really careful around her.
She didn't mind having the boys pet her as long as she could SEE them before they started to pet her.

The Geyser

Nash was IN LOVE with this Geyser we passed on the way to the zoo.
He asked us constantly at the zoo "can we see a geyser" OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
All those animals......all he wanted was to see the geyser.
My cousin was happy to drive us past it on the way home from the zoo.....and the little man was SLEEPING....NICE!
We did get to go for a special visit of the geyser the night before we left.

Linc was not as amused with it....but Nash could not have been happier!
